Neues zu historischem Mehl und historischen Backwaren / News on historic flour and baked goods

1. Einer der tudorcooks von Hampton Court Palace hat auf einer Konferenz seine Experimente zur Reproduktion von historischem Mehl vorgestellt. Der Beitrag ist nun online verfügbar:

Today I have some news concerning historic flour production and baking:
1. One of the tudorcooks of Hampton Court Palace gave a conference talk on his experiments trying to reproduce historic flour for baking which is online available:

2. In Regensburg/ Bavaria archaeologists found 250-300 years old bretzels and other baked goods (sorry, all in German only):
